Throughout this project, I focused on understanding user cognition and decision-making processes, mapping out different user paths, intents, and probabilities to anticipate their needs effectively. By studying how users think, behave, and interact with digital assistants, I was able to design an intuitive experience that feels natural and effortless.One of the biggest challenges was ensuring that the assistant was truly usable and effective, especially when users needed something quickly and with minimal friction. This required careful attention to interaction design, response time, and contextual awareness. By refining the assistant’s ability to recognize intent and provide the right actions at the right moment, I ensured that users could accomplish tasks smoothly without feeling overwhelmed or frustrated. The result is an AI-driven assistant that feels helpful rather than intrusive, enabling a more seamless Workplaze experience.
